These Terms govern your use of the EVPLUGGED application and services. By creating an account or using the application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the service

EVPLUGGED enables monitoring and control of compatible electric-vehicle charging equipment, management of charging modes and schedules, viewing of operational information, and tracking of energy use and estimated costs.

2. Account and security

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials and preventing unauthorised access to your account. Contact us if you suspect misuse.

3. Electrical installation and safe use

Charging equipment must be installed and configured according to applicable technical and legal requirements, by qualified professionals where required. The app does not replace electrical protection devices, safety systems, inspections or emergency procedures.

4. Remote commands and availability

Remote commands depend on power, local networking, Internet connectivity, cloud services and equipment availability. Delays, temporary unavailability or communication failures may occur. Users should verify the real equipment state whenever safety depends on it.

5. Energy and cost information

Energy and cost values may depend on device data, tariff configuration and other estimates. They are not an invoice and do not replace official utility metering.

6. Acceptable use

The service must not be used for unauthorised access, interference with third-party equipment, unlawful activity or attempts to compromise EVPLUGGED infrastructure security.

7. Changes to the service

We may improve, change or discontinue functionality to correct issues or improve security, compatibility or performance. Where a material change affects these Terms, an updated version will be published on this page.

8. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Account deletion

You may delete your account and associated data through the app or the Delete Account & Data page. If you own a wallbox, you must transfer ownership to another associated user or release the device before account deletion. Releasing a wallbox removes all user associations and makes the device available for a new installation.
